Peru's Humala Replacing Finance Minister With Key Adviser

Peruvian President Ollanta Humala is replacing Finance Minister Luis Miguel Castilla with Alonso Segura, the current chief of advisers in the Finance Ministry, three government sources said on Sunday. The surprise shakeup comes as economic growth in the global minerals exporter has slowed to its weakest pace in five years. The sources, who asked to remain anonymous because an official announcement had not yet been made, did not say what prompted the change.
